‘having spent most of my life playing at the sharp end of life, from rock climbing to scuba diving I can actually put hand on heart and say that the fun and exhilaration I received from Ionian Seafaris was second to none. The whole experience from the day I turned up to the day I left kept me alive and exhilarated to the point I am going to do it all over again this year, which will be my third trip to the glorious island of Kefalonia in the company of Wayne and his very glamorous partner Alie (who is as much at home swooning customers as she is at taking the helm on a fast power boat. It is this combination which makes the trip absolutely worthwhile and for the serious person who wants more from their holidays than just sleeping in the sun here you get both the tan and the fun. ‘We have been to this beautiful island on ten occasions and thought we had seen everything until we spent numerous days over two summers sailing on both ribs Snapper and his big sister Muffin. This is an exhilarating, exciting and magical experience and not to be missed for people of any age. Wayne & Alie tailor your day to make sure you have fun, food and fabulous views of the island, it’s hidden beaches and beauty. We snorkeled, swam and explored fantastic beaches, stopping for long leisurely lunches, of local produce cooked to perfection in idyllic settings. Sailing back home spotting Dolphin’s and the elusive Mediterranean Monk Seal, what more could we ask!
